A recap of Week 4 of the Ultimate Fighter season 10: Heavyweight Team Rampage vs. Team Evans.

Week four of the Ultimate Fighter saw Team Evans take their fourth straight win over Team Rampage; the coaches still continue to go at each other as Rampage reveals his secret thoughts about Rashad Evans and Justin Wren tells his coaches why he does not want to face Team Rampage fighter Scott Junk.

Week 5

The Ultimate Fighter - Week Four Recap

Week four of the Ultimate Fighter season 10, started off with a recap of the Kimbo vs. Nelson fight from week 3. After Kimbo is seen speaking with Abe Wagner, and telling him that with another week or two of training he felt that none of the other fighters would be able to beat him as Nelson did.

Back in the hallway, Kimbo finds Marcus Jones not doing too well covered in sweat, Kimbo asks if he just got out of the shower and begins to fan him with a towel.

Evans pulls Justin Wren aside and lets him know that they want him to face Scott Junk. Wren lets Evan know that Junk is his roommate and good friend. They agree to think about the pairing a bit more.

Evans offers Brendan Schaub a match with Demico Rogers which he accepts.

The fight announcement is made for the bout between Schaub and Rogers. Rampage confesses that he is ashamed of the thoughts he is having about Evans, saying that he wants to kill him. As Evans continues to rub Team Rampage losses in his face asking if any other team has went 8-0 in one season.

As the fighters start to prepare for their fight Rogers waits for Rampage and the other coaches to show who don’t show until minutes before the fight. On the other side Schaub is seen warming up with Team Evans.

Rogers scores the take down and is able to pass guard to side mount, before getting full mount which allows Schaub to reverse where he lands in Rogers guard, and lands and few blows.

Schaub stands, and tries for side mount, Rogers does his best to defend, but gets caught in an anaconda choke.

Rogers is defeated by submission in the first round.

After the fight Schaub yells out to Team Rampage “That’s four”.

Leaving Rogers in the octagon Team Rampage does nothing to support the defeated fighter; Evans takes it upon himself to support the Team Rampage fighter, saying a coach should always be there for his fighter.
